Job Description Hematology Oncology opening near Milwaukee - Locations: Pewaukee and Oconomowoc, WI - Milwaukee 15m - Full-time, permanent position - Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM - This position will provide outpatient coverage at two clinic locations and participate in inpatient call coverage as neededWhy Join: Supportive and team-oriented work culture Opinions are respected and collaboration is encouraged New facilities with state-of-the-art technology Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Competitive compensation and outstanding benefits package Role Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive oncology care in the outpatient setting Examine and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions Prescribe and manage treatment plans including medications and therapies Perform and interpret diagnostic evaluations Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care Participate in inpatient call rotation Candidate Requirements: MD or DO degree Board certified or board eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Wisconsin Strong commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care Team-focused with excellent communication and leadership skills Ideal Candidate Traits: Comfortable caring for patients with complex comorbidities Passionate about advancing oncology care in the community setting Driven to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing medical team
