Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 9 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Evenings, 4x10hrs - Hours: 40 hrs/wk - Start Date: Apr 13, 2026 - Length: 9 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience in general CT and vascular imaging for a travel contract at a Level I Trauma Center in Libertyville, IL. Details - Work in a CT department within a Level I Trauma Center, teaching hospital with Magnet designation and Primary Stroke Center status - Inpatient and outpatient population including general CT and vascular patients - 4-bed CT unit with approximately 50 patients per shift - 1:1 patient ratio - GE equipment experience preferred - Epic EMR required - 4x10-hour evening shifts, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM - Alternating weekend rotation required - 2–3 on-call shifts required per month - No floating required - No holiday coverage requirements Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of CT experience, with most recent experience within the last year - Active state license required, if applicable - Current BLS, ARRT (CT), and IEMA certifications required - Proficiency in general CT and vascular imaging - Epic EMR experience required - Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration - Minimum 1 professional reference dated within the past year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN Additional Information - Orientation includes at least one shift to learn department workflow - First-time travelers will be considered on a case-by-case basis - Caribbean Blue scrubs required - COVID vaccination required - Free parking available on site American Traveler Job ID P-688477.
