Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care by
following established clinical protocols to ensure the highest
standards of patient safety and excellence. - Drive the patient
care journey by implementing and evolving personalized care plans
that proactively address changing clinical needs and recovery
goals. - Champion multidisciplinary collaboration as the primary
coordinator between physicians, specialists, and support teams to
ensure a seamless, holistic treatment experience. - Translate
complex clinical data into actionable insights by monitoring and
communicating patient conditions in real-time, ensuring the entire
care team is aligned and informed. - Empower patients for life
beyond the hospital by coordinating comprehensive discharge
strategies with the healthcare team to ensure a safe, supported
transition to home or continued care. What minimum requirements
you’ll need Licensure/Certification/Registration: - BLS Provider
obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross
accepted. - One or more of the following required: - Registered
Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained
prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the
Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if
considered multi-state/Compact State. - Registered Nurse
credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to
hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state
associate works in. Education: - Diploma from an accredited
school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at
time of hire required. What additional preferences we're seeking -
Cardiac Tele experience preferred. - 0730-1600 Monday-Friday.
Weekday, Weekend, and holiday call rotation. Call would be weekdays
1600-1800 and weekends 0700-1600. Plus holiday rotation. - This
role would be to either help run the stress tests under the
supervision of the Cardiologist or to help setup and run the
treadmill pathways for the testing. - ACLS preferred Equal
