Description: About SSM Health: Seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician to
join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The Fond du
Lac Regional Clinic, SC, is a physician-owned and governed,
multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a
professional service agreement. The Opportunity: Join an
established OB/GYN team of seven physicians Excellent quality of
life practice offering a four-day work week. 3 days in clinic, and
1 day in OR. Multispecialty clinic attached to the hospital- only
hospital with L & D in the county Outpatient & Inpatient
responsibilities Minimally invasive surgery via robot MFM doc in
clinic weekly. NICU services are available 24/7 Call is 1:7 Start
with a guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for a
production-based bonus and additional incentive compensation for
quality, service, and leadership. Comprehensive benefits package,
excellent retirement and deferred compensation, and generous annual
CME allowance. Compensation Details: The Fond du Lac Regional
Clinic offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive
benefits, including: $455,000 guaranteed salary to start with,
eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn
$713,000. Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
