Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.
*1.0 FTEis Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTEis Optional Part-Time*
*Positions with an \"FTE\" (full time equivalency) of .875 - 1.0 are eligible for full-timemedical, dental and vision benefits. Positions with an \"FTE\" of .5 - .874 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*
Under the supervision of the Interventional Radiology Supervisor and the assigned proctor, the Intern will be responsible for learning to: assist with assigned interventional radiographic and related procedures for diagnostic interpretation and/or therapeutic interventions; document inventory of materials and supplies used in the related services. Intern will attend inservice education programs for interventional radiology procedures. Upon completion of internship, staff member should be able to meet the minimum, basic competencies of an Interventional Technologist per Job Description Code: 359. Other duties as assigned.
Completion of an approved Radiology Technology program is required. ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
Basic computer skills, HIS and PACS.
