Our kitchen needs you! Saz's is slinging a lot more than ribs these
days. Our seasonal menu is full of fresh items that need a cook's
finesse.Consistent, full-time hours are available, or take on a
part time role if that's what you're looking for. Working with our
team at least one weekend day is required. Shifts range from 7-10
hours and our kitchen closes by 10pm. Set schedules are available
for our team members!Experienced line cooks will come on board with
us earning at least $16.50 per hour, and with more experience, that

Requirements:
To keep delicious food on our tables, we are looking for
experienced line cooks. If you know the ins and outs of kitchen
operations and sanitation, EVEN BETTER!Orientation and training for
this position will start immediately!Additional Requirements:At
least 3 years of high volume line cook experience strongly
preferredConsistently produce food products using existing recipes
and proceduresFollow all safety, sanitation and HACCP procedures as
instructedKnowledge of all basic cooking techniques and skills,
including: knife skills, basic cuts, all cooking methodsKnowledge
of basic equipment including: fryer, convection oven, and
griddleBasic understanding of herbs, spices, and various flavoring
ingredientsAbility to roast, broil, braise, saut--, fry, and grill
(including breakfast items)Ability and flexibility to be
continually rotated to different stationsComplete tasks as
instructed and within the time frame assignedEssential job
functionsSquat, kneel, climb ladders or step stools as neededUse
industrial cleaning chemicalsGrip objects and tools (including wet
or slippery items); utilize fine motor skillsStand up to 10 hours
at a timeLift up to 50 lbs to chest level and up to 30 lbs
overheadAbility to communicate verbally in EnglishAbility to read
EnglishConsistent, timely attendanceUnderstanding of metric system
