Description:Responsibilities include:Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasksOverseeing staff performance on a daily basisChecking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanlinessJob brief We are looking for a Bilingual Executive Housekeeper to lead our team of housekeepers and ensure we provide excellent customer service.Executive Housekeeper responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied.ResponsibilitiesTrain housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasksOversee staff on a daily basisCheck rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanlinessSchedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absenceEstablish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standardsMotivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobRespond to customer complaints and special requestsMonitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber glovesParticipate in large cleaning projects as requiredEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areasRequirements:RequirementsWork experience as a Executive Housekeeper or similar roleBilingualHands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizationsAbility to use industrial cleaning equipment and productsExcellent organizational and team management skillsStamina to handle the physical demands of the jobFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma is a plusPM22PI206731201
