Job Description:
We are offering a $1,200 SIGNING BONUS to the selected
candidate! The role of the Part-Time Remote Customer Service
Representative is to go above and beyond to meet the financial
needs of our members. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who craves
knowledge and growth in the financial industry. They should be
comfortable in a sales environment and must have a reputation for
excellent attendance. In all they do, our Remote Call Center
Representatives strive to provide a "WOW" member service experience
over the phone, and we are seeking someone who desires to do the
same while helping our members on a path to financial wellness.
Responsibilities
-- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound, cold calls
and emails
-- Make high volume of phone calls using a script, to set
appointments for sales reps
-- Understand customer needs and requirements
-- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your
assigned territory
-- Follow up promptly with customers
-- Make data entries to ensure accurate results
Qualifications:
Job Education and Experience Required:
-- High school diploma or equivalent
-- 6 months experience in a retail branch location, including
performing teller duties
-- 6 months proven track record in cross selling products and
services
Skills
-- Track record of achieving quotas
-- Upbeat, ambitious and energetic personality
-- Proficient with productivity
-- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-- Strong listening and presentation skills
-- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
effectively
