What will you be doing as a Customer Service Representative II?As Customer Service Representative II, you will work with our Sales Team on client accounts, many of them global companies, fulfilling custom orders from placement to shipping and billing. You will be part of a team supporting B2B customers, dealer networks, corporate offices, and business units. Each day is different, a variety of work is guaranteed, and growth opportunities are possible.Additional Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative II:

Enter and confirm custom orders from the Sales TeamTrack order status to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveryUpdate and accurately maintain daily orders in the ERP system -Coordinate the resolution of any order issues with team members and vendors Follow department policies and procedures when completing all custom sales and purchase orders Regularly communicate with internal/external customers and external vendors Provide accurate and timely customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Assists the Sales Team with the creation of presentationsSupports Sales Team with creative input for merchandise and marketing of custom projects What will you need to be a successful Customer Service Representative II? -
3 + years of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree a plusPromotional industry experience desired but not requiredPerform work with attention to detail and a sense of urgencyMeet set timelines and deadlinesMicrosoft Office, Adobe, Google, and NetSuite skills desiredBilingual, English/ Spanish, a plus
