Job Description:
Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive
Chef to lead our culinary team at Brew & Ole's. The Executive Chef
will be responsible for menu creation, kitchen management, and
ensuring that every dish served meets our high standards of quality
and presentation. This role requires a passion for food,
creativity, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect the
restaurant's concept and culinary vision. Oversee daily kitchen
operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling,
to create a cohesive and efficient team. Maintain high standards of
food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health
regulations. Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure the
kitchen is well-stocked and organized. Control food costs and
minimize waste by implementing effective inventory management
practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless
service and guest satisfaction. Stay updated on culinary trends and
continuously seek opportunities for menu enhancement and
improvement. Address any kitchen-related issues or complaints
promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Proven experience as a
Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of various cooking
techniques and cuisines. Excellent leadership and team management
abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Food
safety certifications preferred. Culinary degree or equivalent
