Position: Bilingual Retail Store Manager

• Pay Rate: $16/hour base pay + uncapped commission
• Earning Potential: Earn up to 70-85k annually including hourly and commission!
• Schedule:Must be flexible to work during store hours:
  • Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Holidays: Availability required
  • Location: Madison, Wisconsin 53175 Responsibilities:
    
    • Manage and lead a team of sales associates in a high-energy, customer-focused environment
    • Drive store performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues with professionalism
    • Hire, train, and mentor staff to ensure operational success
    • Oversee store operations including inventory, merchandising, and promotional rollouts Qualifications:
      
      
      • 2 + years of experience in retail management (wireless/mobile retail preferred)
      • Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales results
      • Strong communication, coaching, and customer service skills
      • Passion for technology, retail, and people development
