Job Description:
Earn a $500 new driver partner promotion and $29.00/hr driving
on the Via platform in Milwaukee, WI! Via is working with
Milwaukee-area School Districts to provide a transportation service
for students and adults in the city. We are looking for driver
partners who will transport passengers safely to their
destinations. Via uses app-based technology to make transportation
more efficient. We are reinventing shared rides to help reduce
congestion, lower emissions and get passengers to their
destinations efficiently. Why partner with Via? _ $500 new driver
partner promotion* _ Eligible to earn $29.00/hour for driving your
personal vehicle _ Drive your personal vehicle _ Provide shared
rides using an efficient routing system _ 24/7 Live Support from
real people _ Choose when you log on to drive! Driver Partners are
independent contractors who are self-employed and have the
flexibility to choose when they provide service, with no minimum
commitments To be eligible to operate on the Via Platform in
Milwaukee, you must: _ Have a valid driver’s license _ Are 25 years
of age or older _ Complete a drug screening _ Have more than 5
years of unrestricted, US driving history _ Have at least 5 five
years of experience as a parent or professional caregiver _ Have
personal auto insurance policy _ Pass a fingerprint-based criminal
background check and motor vehicle record check (SSN needed) _ Pass
a vehicle inspection Any additional requirements for participating
in this service will be communicated to prospective Driver Partners
as necessary. *New driver partner promotion: To be eligible, you
must complete at least 10 hours of driving on the Via platform
within 30 days of completing your driver onboarding session. Time
offline, including breaks, will not be included in this 10-hour
minimum. This promotion may be revoked or altered at any time at
Via's sole discretion, and these terms are subject to change at
Via's sole discretion.
