providing outstanding leadership within your Salon and Spa location

Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:
Leadership & Management of the Team Lead, motivate and manage all
staff including technical and non-technical roles. Conduct regular
staff meetings to communicate goals, share updates and address
concerns and questions. Effectively communicate job
responsibilities, performance expectations, client service
standards and company policies/guidelines to all team members.
Providing ongoing training and developmental opportunities to
attract and retain team members and improve performance. Cultivate
and maintain the Tricoci culture of community, collaboration, trust
and innovation in a positive, respectful work environment.
Management of Operations Oversee all daily operations in the Salon
& Spa including appointment scheduling, inventory management and
facility maintenance. Maintain standards to ensure safety and
maintenance and compliance with all state licensing and health
requirements to provide a clean and hygienic environment for
clients and team members. Implement and enforce company SOPs,
policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in
operations. Responsible for the accountability of executing team
member schedules, ensuring clocking in/out, etc. Client Relations
Maintain a high standard of client/customer service to ensure
satisfaction and retention. Address in a timely and highly
effective manner all client inquiries, complaints and feedback in a
professional, respectful manner. Financial Management of the
Business Manage your business through key performance indicators
(KPIs) and the P&L. Monitor and control expenses within budget
to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards of
quality and service. Here are some of the skills that we are
looking for: 3 years management experience in a high-volume retail,
beauty/spa or retail or service environment. Proven experience in a
salon/spa management role or a similar role. Experienced leader who
holds teams accountable for achieving results while motivating and
inspiring them to grow and develop. Sold understanding of business
operations and acumen, financial management and the ability to
execute results at a high level; create action plans where
opportunities exist and take action immediately. Analytical,
problem solving and decision-making skills to handle critical
situations utilizing good judgement and professionalism. Excellent
communication and customer service skills Highly committed to
delivering exceptional service. Strong organizational and time
management skills, paying strong attention to detail while managing
competing priorities. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast
paced, high energy and evolving environment. An aptitude for
creating and maintaining an environment of collaboration and
teamwork. Motivated self-starter who can work independently and be
a team member within the company. Flexible and available to work
