Job Description Job Description North Shore Elite is seeking a highly organized, service-driven team member to support daily club operations while also assisting with tennis-related programming when needed. This role is primarily operational in nature, with tennis experience viewed as a strong asset rather than the core focus. This is a front-line leadership position that plays a key role in ensuring the club runs smoothly, members receive exceptional service. In This Role You Will: Operations & Leadership Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) to help oversee daily club operations and team coordination Provide concierge-level service, assisting members with questions, needs, and problem resolution Support front desk, fitness, and activity areas to ensure a smooth and welcoming club environment Monitor facility flow, address operational issues, and communicate effectively with leadership teams Help maintain standards related to safety, cleanliness, and overall member experience Program & Activity Support Assist with logistics and execution of club programming, events, and member activities Support tennis operations including events, leagues, and scheduling as needed Help drive participation by building relationships with members and understanding their interests Contribute ideas that enhance engagement across all club departments Who We’re Looking For: Strong operational mindset with excellent organizational skills Experience in customer service, hospitality, or club operations Ability to lead in a fast-paced, member-facing environment Tennis background preferred, but not required A proactive communicator who enjoys solving problems and supporting teams This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of club activity, ensuring operations run seamlessly while helping create an engaging and welcoming environment for members every day.
