Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position
Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients
recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel
better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical

details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical
Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois
State PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS
certification required from AHA or ARC. Experience working in a
skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work under the direction of a licensed
Physical Therapist and to document patient progress according to
facility policy. Client-specific: must be available to work five
days per week. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing
Facility. Shift frequency: 5 days per week. Location Highlights
