Description JOB SUMMARY: The Busser is responsible for cleaning tables and transporting soiled items to dishwashing area. Assists servers with guest service. This is an at-will position. Responsibilities include: Assist server throughout service procedure to include clearing soiled dishes/glassware/flatware, pour coffee, tea, and water. Clean and set-up tables in accordance with established procedures. Reset tables throughout events. Assist in collection of trash at the end of shift. Be courteous and helpful at all times. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a 16 years of age. Must have or be able to obtain within 30 days of employment, Illinois Safe Food Handler Certificate. Must be dependable and able to follow direction SCHEDULE & PAY: The role has varied hours available and starts at $15.00 tips.
