For more information, visit or follow us on LinkedIn.Our Elkhorn, WI facility is seeking a progressive HR Manager to provide overall HR leadership and serve as a strategic HR business partner. The facility employs approximately 110 associates over two shifts. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Director of Operations and leadership team to provide both strategic and tactical HR leadership including but not limited to recruiting and retention, performance management, payroll administration & salary planning, employee relations, talent management, and training and development.The essential responsibilities for this leadership role include:

  • Partner with hiring managers/supervisors for new associate onboarding
  • Lead all recruiting initiatives with a focus on securing and retaining high quality talent
  • Oversee annual performance review processes and talent management activities
  • Handle employee relations issues, concerns and investigations
  • Consult with Corporate team as necessary on legal claims, ADA accommodation requests, etc.
  • Ensure consistent application and enforcement of policies and procedures
  • Help identify and develop innovative incentive/reward systems that address business needs
  • Assist managers/supervisors in developing job descriptions consistent with good job design practices
  • Provide payroll administration, answer general benefits related questions, and oversee leave of absences
  • Consult with managers/supervisors and associates on training and development needs
  • Facilitate organizational assessments and development of strategies and tactics to address current issues and future needsPosition Requirements:
    • The successful candidate will have 5+ years HR leadership experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in related field or HR certification required. Demonstrated experience implementing recruiting and retention best practices and serving as strategic business partner to leaders is a must.
