Job Description Summary Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the HRIS/Human Resource System Administrator will oversee, support and maintain all of the human resources computerized systems, applications, and modules. In this role, you will create workflows; establish standard operating procedures and processes; provide education on technology and systems usage to respective parties; and establish various needed reporting tools and structures. What You---ll Do: Oversee and maintain optimal function of the human resources computer system, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, upgrade to applications, systems, and modules Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions Manage permissions, access, personalization, and settings for users Program custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for design and implementation projects Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in providers, vendors, and technology Performs other duties as required What We---re Looking For: 5 Years--- experience within an HRIS / Systems Administrator Capacity 1 year of experience in a supervisor position is preferred Bachelor---s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required. (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desirable) Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
