Job Description:

The ideal Recruiter candidate will have 3 years of recruiting experience in Corporate Recruiting or agency DIRECT HIRE focused recruiting. Strong experience in attracting passive candidates with a variety of sourcing capabilities. Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume and other online sources
• Execute recruitment programs and create collateral to attract applicants and fill specific job openings
• Develop materials to educate applicants about the position and company
• Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements
• Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization
• Writes and places job advertising in various media
• Coordinates participation in, sets up display and works at job fairs
• Utilizes online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
• Files and maintains employment records for future references
  Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources. Will consider related experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience of both exempt and non-exempt positions
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience sourcing through social media avenues
