Primary responsibilities will be data entry of benefit-related transactions and updates in to the HRIS platform.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:-- -HRIS benefit system administration to include:Employee level group benefit plan (insurance) changes based on paper/new hire elections andQualifying Life EventsFSA/Transit/Parking administration including system enrollments, terminations, overrides and adjustmentsHSA system admin relating to employee and employer contribution set up, adjustments, and changesPeriodic system limit updates such as FSA, HSA, 401k comp/deferral/match limits, etc.General benefit questions pertaining to COBRA, open enrollment/renewal, plan changes and other benefit administration topicsClient benefit invoice billing relating to COBRA, 401k and other miscellaneous benefit itemsVarious internal control of reporting, to include:Overage dependent reportingLife benefit reduction reviewHSA auditing and administrationSupport Benefits team with regard to the benefits open enrollment process including preparation of materials and collection of electionsOversight of status changes in relation to benefits such as conversions from FT> PT and PT> FT and implications of these changesVarious benefit administration reporting such as benefit billing reports, 401k contribution reports, etc.About Us:With EmPower HR, we--------ll take care of the day-to-day responsibilities of being an employer, so you can get to the reason you--------re in business.
