Job Description Job Description Our client in the Tinley Park
area is seeking a Bilingual HR Manager to lead HR operations and
support a diverse workforce. This role requires strong leadership,
compliance expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively in
English and Spanish . Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day HR
functions including employee relations, performance management, and
compliance. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
for a bilingual workforce. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and
local employment laws. Handle conflict resolution and provide
guidance to managers and employees. Maintain accurate HR records
and prepare reports for leadership. Partner with leadership on
strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning. Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. 4 years of HR
experience , including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with HRIS
systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Schedule &
Compensation: Full-time hours, Monday-Friday. Pay Range: $32-$38
per hour (based on experience). Pay Details: $32.00 to $38.00 per
