and maintenance of computer systems and programs. The role develops
software through coding and/or configuring. The Analyst assists in
developing and monitoring policies, procedures and standard
documents. The position performs systems setup and installation and
provides technical support, including 24x7 on-call support as
needed.Specific Responsibilities
- Develop detail systems and program specifications. Develop
system and program documentation and user procedures.
- Prepare test data. Perform system and program testing. Perform
system and program implementation and modification.
- Research systems and programs to determine causes of failure or
poor operational performance; then define, test and implement
detailed solutions.
- Assist in providing inputs for project review meetings and
management presentations including general design review, project
scheduling, test plan, system and program tactics and methods,
system controls, procedures, documentation, and system
implementation plan.
- Provide analysis and counsel to personnel of operating units to
analyze problems and develop solutions as well as assure efficient
operation of existing systems and programs. Develop an
understanding of business processes and the implications of
computer systems on those processes.
- Creating reports and analytics to support our division.
- Visual Basic and Microsoft SQL Experience to extract for
reports and analytics for Power Systems (SAP, CRM).
- Work with Enterprise Information Technology professionals on
the capabilities of our technology and
solutions.Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply
Chain or related field required. Associate Degree in Information
Technology will be accepted.
- Experience with Visual Studio / Visual Basic, Java, C++
required.
- Experience with .net, SQL preferred.
- Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution, Production Planning,
Logistics Master Scheduling, BAPI (Business Application Programming
Interface) and RFC (Remote Function Calls) desirable but not
required.
- Experience using PowerBI and Crystal Reports preferred for data
analytics and reporting preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Microsoft
Access
- Experience creating Tables, Maintenance of Tables Stored
Procedures (Insert, Delete min Select, Update) in Microsoft
