• Direct daily operations of IT Application Development working closely with the CIO and other leaders on business initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team of directors and external service providers responsible for consistent operational support and availability.
• Oversee complex IT application development projects.
• Develop and maintain a customer-focused, agile and accountable department that delivers high-quality code.
• Manage capital and operating budgets for software development team.Minimum Requirements
  • Master's degree in Information Technology or business-related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of IT Management experience, including direct leadership of software development teams.
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, .NET, SQL, Angular, Oracle for custom application software development.
  • Available for travel to Uline's domestic and international branches.Benefits
