Based in Southern Wisconsin and Northern IL, we are currently looking for an Account Manager responsible for driving sales growth within mobile hydraulic OEM customers.
You will develop a sales plan, jointly with your district sales manager, to increase sales and profit margins. You will use your mobile hydraulic sales and product application experience to assist customers find solutions to their equipment and operation needs. You will be supported by our highly knowledgeable inside sales team, engineering staff, and supportive managers who will help you meet and exceed your goals.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Education

  • Two- or 4-year Technical Diploma / Degree with preference given to engineering or fluid power programs, OR equivalent training and experience
  • Fluid Power certification is a plus
  • 2+ years business development experience within mobile hydraulic equipment customers
  • Experience with value-added industrial sales is preferred
  • Product application and troubleshooting experience with hydraulic systems is preferred
  • Understanding and previous experience within mobile OEM customers
  • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
  • Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Overnight travel may be required We Offer
