- we'd love to talk to you. We are currently looking for an
experienced Software Engineer who is familiar with ReactJS and
Cloud Technologies that can join the squad that is building an
Underwriting Portal and Workbench. This platform serves up data and
tools for our Underwriting team so they are able to quickly and
effectively assess the risks in our portfolio.
Summary of Responsibilities
Codes and develops software applications. Works as part of a
development team on the design and implementation of software
applications, including current technologies, modern programming
languages, and current SQL database skills. Conducts requirement
analysis, produces design documents on proposed solutions, and
delivers consistent, test-covered, high quality code in a timely
fashion. Supports and maintains internal, cloud, and 3rd party
based solutions. Recommends and completes product revisions or
enhancements based on feedback. Develops and maintains
documentation as required. Experience and Education: Performs work
under minimal supervision. Handles moderate to complex issues and
problems, and engages higher-level staff on only the most complex
issues as necessary. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject
matter. Provides coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
Problem-solving skills. Detail oriented. Ability to work as part of
a team.
