- Position Summary:*
Join our dynamic team as a *Technical Support Analyst* and become
the go-to expert for technical support in our contact center.
You'll tackle a variety of challenges, from troubleshooting remote
hardware and software to resolving connectivity issues. Your day
will be filled with engaging interactions via phone and chat, using
cutting-edge remote access software. 6 months experience plus.
- What You'll Do:*
- Provide top-notch support for Windows 10/11, Office 365,
laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and a range of
applications.
- Handle an average of 25 interactions daily, serving as the
single point of contact for over 20,000 staff members.
- Excel in a performance-driven environment, with KPIs focused on
schedule adherence, first contact resolution, quality, and customer
service.
- Spend nearly 100% of your day engaging with customers, ensuring
their technical issues are resolved efficiently.

- Required Skills:*
- Proficiency in MS Office and Windows
- Strong customer service skills
- Troubleshooting and help desk support experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with Office 365, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Windows 10,
and phone support
- Familiarity with service desk operations, event viewer, task
manager, and technical support
- Experience with Zoom and call center support
- Top Skills:*
- General Windows knowledge and troubleshooting
- MS Office troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge
- Excellent typing skills (WPM)
- Experience in phone/chat IT support
