Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Software Implementation
Specialist to join their Customer Onboarding Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of software for multiple customers,
ensuring adherence to project scope and timelines
Configure the system based on customer requirements and oversee
data migration processes
Educate customers on software usage and collaborate with various
teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in configuring software solutions and
business process analysis
Familiarity with agile project management principles and tools
Experience with data migration processes and principles
Familiarity with grant management processes and CRM software is a
plus
Knowledge of scripting skills, including CSS/HTML/Liquid/Ruby, is
advantageous
