team role As the Futures Risk Program Manager, you will lead the
development and enhancement of our risk management program for the
futures and international businesses. This role focuses on managing
operational and key risk categories while staying aligned with
regulatory requirements and leveraging data-driven,
technology-focused solutions. The role is located in the office

and expectations. What you’ll do Risk Strategy & Program
Development Design and implement a comprehensive risk management
strategy emphasizing early risk detection, automated alert systems,
incident response, and continuous improvement. Conduct thorough
risk assessments focused on operational and technology risks,
identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigations. Support
Risk Exposure Reporting, regulatory reviews, and updates to the
Risk Management Program to meet evolving business and regulatory
needs. Develop automations for robust supervision and risk
management Real-Time Monitoring & Alerting & Control Testing
Develop real-time monitoring systems to quickly identify adverse
market conditions or operational issues. Implement a robust control
testing framework to validate risk mitigation measures and the
effectiveness of controls. Implement automated alert mechanisms for
risk limit breaches, unusual trading patterns, and system
anomalies. Data-Driven Risk Insights Leverage advanced analytics
tools to uncover risk trends and provide actionable insights for
decision-making. Build dashboards and reports using tools like
Looker to visualize key risk metrics and inform stakeholders
effectively. What you bring Futures Industry Expertise: 6 years of
experience in Futures and Brokerage operations In-depth knowledge
of futures markets, investment products, FCM operations, and CFTC /
NFA regulations, with a commitment to staying updated on industry
developments. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL,
Python, or similar tools for analyzing and managing complex risk
data. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) to
design reports and dashboards. Strong capability to derive
actionable insights and develop technology-driven risk solutions.

applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which
may include education, training, experience, location, business
needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role
is based on the location where the work will be performed and is
aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible
to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity
