Full Job DescriptionJRichard Law Offices,LLC seeks a full time Paralegal/Litigation Assistant. Individual must be detail oriented and able to work on a team. Duties will include, but are not limited to, reviewing and summarizing medical records, deposition testimony and plaintiff's discovery responses; requesting records by obtaining authorizations or issuing Subpoenas; scheduling depositions; preparing records for document production; retaining experts; and preparing deposition and trial binders. 3+ years of paralegal experience in a defense firm required.
