successfully close real estate transactions. We are looking for a
skilled and detail-oriented Title Closer to join our growing team.
Position Summary: The Title Closer is responsible for managing all
aspects of the closing process for residential and/or commercial
real estate transactions. This includes reviewing closing
statements, coordinating with clients and lenders, and ensuring all
documents are properly executed and recorded. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate closing logistics with buyers, sellers, lenders, and
real estate agents. Manage escrow accounts, including disbursing
funds post-closing. Ensure all required documents are signed,
notarized, and properly recorded. Address and resolve any title or
closing issues prior to settlement. Maintain compliance with state
and federal regulations and company policies. Provide outstanding
customer service throughout the closing process. Qualifications:
Job Type: Contract position Notary Public commission Previous
experience in title, escrow, or real estate closing coordination
preferred. Experience reviewing closing disclosures, settlement
statements and lender closing documents preferred. Proficiency in
Softpro Select title/escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite
preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
