Attendants - Help Make Life-Saving Medical Products! Your Role:
Automation Attendant As an Automation Attendant at MGS, you will
support automated assembly machinery as well as provide input for
improvement processes in a manufacturing environment at the MGS
Richfield location. What we're looking for: Positive, team-first

workstations for 12-hour shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to be cross-trained and grow with us Prior
manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required) What You'll
Do: Perform basic automation cell troubleshooting. Support
automated machinery production runs by interpreting alarms,
clearing jams, and locating part feeders to assist with
optimization of labor. Assist with training on assembly machines
for operators. Troubleshoot assembly equipment and other machinery
including but not limited to pad printers, sonic welders, heat
stakers, and hot stampers. Identify unsafe equipment and ensure
that equipment operates safely prior to line start up. Operate
automation cells and serve as the first line technical resource
when troubleshooting problems with Process and Machinery. Assist in
writing technical documentation to serve as training materials for
future operators. Any other duties as assigned. Schedule: Our
12-hour rotating shift schedule means you'll work approximately 75
fewer days per year compared to a traditional 5-day workweek -
giving you more time off without sacrificing full-time pay .
12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) 2-2-3 rotating schedule = 3
days one week, 4 days the next Built-in overtime every other week

Attendant candidate would fulfill these requirements: High school
diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. 1-2 years of
experience in related field. Forklift and Lockout/Tagout
Certification preferred. Familiar working with conventional
manufacturing equipment such as Injection Molding Machines,
