role for you. Were hiring a Molder / General Laborer to work in a
fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a physical,
team-oriented position where youll help create castings using sand
molds and industrial equipment. Schedule: MondayThursday: 6:00 AM
4:30 PM Friday: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $16/HR What Youll Be
Doing: Operating molding equipment (Tinker 125 machine)
Hand-packing sand into patterns Filling and lifting 5-gallon
buckets of sand throughout the shift Using tools such as rubber
mallets, wire cutters, and bolt cutters Moving materials with a
forklift when needed Keeping your work area clean and safe What
Makes You a Great Fit: Youre comfortable with physical, repetitive
work You have strong hand-eye coordination You can lift and carry
40 lbs frequently You stay focused and manage your time well You
work well with others and initiative Manufacturing experience is a
plus (1 year preferred) Must have a valid driver's license If
you're dependable, hardworking, and ready for a physically active
