basic function of the roleAssemblers are an essential part of
Enerpac's manufacturing operations, responsible for building
high-quality hydraulic tools, pumps, and components that meet our
performance and safety standards. This role assembles mechanical
and sub-assembly components, performs product testing using defined
procedures, conducts quality inspections, troubleshoots issues,
maintains accurate inventory transactions, and supports continuous
improvement within the production area. Assemblers also help
sustain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment by following
standardized work instructions, 5S practices, and safety protocols.

Advancement from Assembler I to Assembler II is based on verified
proficiency in three key areas: • Functional Skills - Assembly
accuracy, testing & troubleshooting, quality & inspection, data &

advancement to Assembler II and its associated pay range. Shift:
Monday - Friday; 6 - 3:30 pm or 7:00am - 3:30 pm, Saturdays when
production needs exist. Job Duties and Responsibilities Assembly &
Component Preparation /n - Assemble pumps, industrial tools, and
hydraulic components following work instructions and bills of
materials (BOMs). /n - Prepare mechanical assemblies,
sub-assemblies, and components using hand tools and light power
tools (e.g., torque wrench). /n - Recommend updates to work
instructions or BOMs to improve accuracy and repeatability. /n /n
Product Testing & Troubleshooting /n - Perform product and
component testing per defined procedures. /n - Operate test stands
to ensure products are assembled and functioning correctly. /n -
Troubleshoot assembly or test failures to support quality and
production flow. /n /n Quality & Documentation /n - Conduct quality
inspections of parts and products throughout the assembly process.
/n - Maintain accurate inventory and data entry to ensure materials
and components remain correctly transacted. /n /n Cross-Training &
Collaboration /n - Cross-train team members on cells or product
lines they have not yet worked in. /n - Share expertise in areas
where the employee is already proficient. /n - Collaborate with
team members to meet production schedules and performance goals. /n
/n Safety, Organization & 5S /n - Maintain clean and organized work
areas using 5S techniques. /n - Follow all safety rules for the
production floor and work cells. /n - Wear required PPE and report
hazards or unsafe conditions immediately /n /n Other
Responsibilities - Perform additional duties as assigned to support
production needs /n Skills and Competencies Strong attention to
detail to deliver high-quality assembled products. Effective
teamwork and communication skills; willingness to train others.
Logical reasoning skills for test interpretation and
troubleshooting. Ability to operate hand tools and light power
tools. Ability to work from mechanical drawings and basic
blueprints. Thrives in a fast-paced, structured manufacturing
environment. Education and Experience Education Requirements: High
school diploma or GED equivalent Experience Requirements: /n - Low
to moderate degree of mechanical, technical, and/or analytic
knowledge and experience /n - Previous experience in manufacturing
or assembly experience preferred; Candidates with strong work ethic
and willingness to learn will be considered. /n - Familiarity with
assembly tools and equipment is a plus /n /n Physical Demands
Employee will lift 1-30 pounds intermittently and may have to lift
documents/work materials up to 40 pounds in weight. Employee will
have to be able to walk to a variety of primary work locations.
Employee will need manual (hand) dexterity to assemble/repair small
parts for long periods of time. Employee will need to listen,
understand, and speak with team members at all levels within a
diverse workforce. Work Environment Employee will be in a
manufacturing environment where they may work near moving
mechanical parts and may be exposed to vibration. Employee will be
exposed to elevated levels of noise on the plant floor. The
