Due to a retirement, we currently have an opportunity for a strategic and dynamic human resources leader to join our Company and assume a key functional leadership position. This position is the top human resources executive globally and is an Executive Officer of the Company, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The Vice President Human Resources / CHRO position is responsible for planning, developing and executing all human resources strategies globally and ensuring the enablement of employees and overall business success. Our employee-centric culture is critically important to our success and this role is responsible for ensuring that our culture welcomes a diverse population and supports each employee in performing at their best and achieving career goals and success within the organization.. The Human Resources functions includes talent acquisition, leader and employee development, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, and labor relations. The position acts as the management liaison with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Additionally, the position is also responsible for certain administrative responsibilities including oversight of the US Office Services Department.. Responsibilities include:. Collaborates with Company leaders and the Human Resources team to develop and execute business human resource strategies to support the success of the business. Leads the continuous improvement toward the optimum employee culture that enables both employees and the business to thrive and where Company values of trust, customer focus, collaboration, excellence and responsibility are demonstrated. Responsible for setting strategy, direction and overall leadership and performance of the global Human Resources team. As a Corporate Officer, participates in development of overall corporate strategy, financial and operational goals and objectives and continuous improvement programs. Acts as management liaison to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Provides effective coaching and business partnership to leaders. Responsible for ensuring effective workforce planning for business continuity. Ensures Human Resources business partners provide value-added partnership with leaders and employees on people related business issues. Oversees talent management programs including talent acquisition and onboarding, early career programs, employee and leader development and succession planning. Partners with leaders and Human Resources team for organizational design as appropriate. Responsible for Company diversity and inclusion program. Oversees Total Reward programs including global compensation, executive compensation, sales incentive plans, health and welfare and retirement benefits, wellness and recognition programs. Ensures the people processes are not only efficient but, enhance the employee experience through maximization of our HRIS tool, Workday. Provides human capital metrics and information that facilitate sound decision-making. Partners with the VP Global Operations in union negotiations and day-to-day labor relations.. Oversees people aspects of M&A activities including due diligence and integration. Ensures compliance with applicable laws globally. Qualifications:. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 15+ years of broad-based Human Resources leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Business Partner capacity and working globally.. Manufacturing environment preferred.. Strategic thinker, effective change management leader and collaborative problem solver. Proven knowledge and experience with executive compensation programs and interacting with a Board of Directors. Proven leadership and an ability to work collaboratively with the leadership team to establish and maintain world class global Human Resources practices and programs. Proven M&A experience including leading the due diligence and integration processes. Ability to connect with all levels within the organization to foster a collaborative work environment focused on employee engagement and building high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of state and federal employment law and labor law. Experience working with Mexican federal labor laws and European labor laws are a plus.. Experience in Total Rewards including ensuring compensation and benefits programs are cost effective and market competitive. Experience with incentive and equity programs designed to attract, retain and engage talent. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to influence individuals and teams at all levels of the organization. Location:.
