Eaton's Electrical Power Reliability Division is currently seeking a Molding Operator - 2nd Shift to join our team. This position is based at our South Milwaukee, WI facility.The Molding Operator will be responsible for performing duties necessary to complete the final testing of E-Caps and repair molding defects. The operator is responsible for meeting production goals while adhering to safety and quality guidelines in the use of electrical test equipment and E-Cap molding defect repair.Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world. • Perform electrical tests.
• Load and remove E-Caps from cure oven and repair as needed
• Operate molding press to mold E-Caps and assemble vacuum interrupters.
• Notify department team leader / supervisor of all material and/or equipment deficiencies.
• Contribute suggestions for methods or product improvement.
• Use and operate tools and equipment consistent with this job.

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the South Milwaukee, WI location.
