Description:The Quality Technician & CMM Programmer is
responsible for the operation, inspection and programming of the
CMM machine, the analysis and interpretation of blueprints. Ensure
products meets engineering and quality
specifications.Skills:Pc-dmis, Cmm, Gd&t, quality assuranceTop
Skills Details:PCDMIS Programming, Quality, InspectionAdditional
Skills & Qualifications:2-4 years' experience as CMM programmer-
PCDMISExposure to 2D & 3D software (AutoCAD and Solidworks)- where
have they been exposed, and can they read a schematic?Familiar with
8D corrective action report/process- have they used this or been
apart of the process prior ?Basic knowledge of ASME-Y14.5
(Geometric Tolerancing) and ability to inspect to requirements.- do
they know or have they utilized GD&T?Experience using manual
inspection equipment (ID/OD mics, calipers, various manual
gaging)Plus:SAP experienceLean/Kaizen experienceISO9001
ExperienceKnowledge of gear manufacture, industrial gear
