Job Overview Truck Driver Local Delivery Bulk Route - Clear Lake, IA $1,500 Sign on Bonus! About the Role * Local Bulk Drivers are responsible for delivering our products to large retailers on a set route* They will unload palletized products from their truck using a pallet jack, build rapport with our customers, and ensure our products are neatly stored in our designated area* No previous experience is required and Drivers will receive hands-on training upon hire* Local routes/home daily Shift and Schedule * Full-time* Monday through Friday* 6:00am until route is finished* Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed required Compensation and Benefits * Pay beginning at $19.20 per hour* $1,500 sign-on bonus; eligibility limited to new employees only* Full benefits package available* Medical, dental, vision* 401K with company match* Paid weekly About You We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
