Job Description:

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Tech Support Specialist Virtual Visit resource for a 3+ month contract in the greater Menomonee Falls, WI area. Hours expected M-F 8:30am 5pm as well as every other Saturday from 7:30am 3:30pm. MyChart, Epic, and Customers Service support skills required. This position is responsible for helping patients who are having any mobile device or computer software problems for client's virtual visit systems which include Cisco WebEx and MyChart. This position will have responsibility for responding to questions regarding the functionality, performance and troubleshooting patients' needs in order to obtain MyChart or On Demand services. 1. Provide end-user support to patients via phone and e-mail intake regarding technical support in setting up virtual visit 2. Perform/identify problem-troubleshooting of identified system/user issues. 3. Utilize FH Remedy process to log needs beyond scope and document each patient encounter in selected tools 4. Collaborate with internal partners to escalate issues which cannot be solved directly and communicate resolution back to patients 5. Meet with internal support team members regularly to establish and maintain customer service standards. Skills: 1 year experience working in a health care setting using epic applications required. Epic virtual visits knowledge/experience strongly preferred. Troubleshooting support includes mobile devices (Apple and Android) using MyChart App and client & MCW App as well as laptops/desktops using mychartlink.com. Works closely with Inception and Epic Inter-Ops team to support patient needs beyond current knowledge or scope. Works closely and professionally with Help Desk team members to promote teamwork and accountability. Other duties as assigned.
