Information Technology New York City, New York New Berlin, New York Twin Falls, Idaho IT Functional Lead - HRIS This role supports our people team technical strategy, processes and tools, so our leaders can identify and develop their talent. This position reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications and is responsible for maintaining the IT side of our HRIS solutions for Chobani. Role requirements include supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our SAP SuccessFactors systems and other HR systems. Other tasks include participating in the research and development of our HRIS solutions to enable continued innovation while adhering to organizational processes, policies and guidelines. In addition, this role is responsible for setting and overseeing technical systems administration requirements and establishing governance processes, implementation, communication, and system security administration to support the company's strategic objectives. The responsibilities of this position include:

• Responsible for the technical administration of the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) system and other HRIS systems for all modules
• Responsible for all configuration of SAP Success Factors and Kronos systems
• Partner with HR Leaders and other system administrators to configure, maintain, and support the SF environment to reflect HR events, communicate and execute our business processes
• Ensure system security roles and supporting content (for example, profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, etc.) adhere to data governance requirements
• Assist with configuration and creation of ad hoc reporting, analytics, and dashboards as needed
• Partner with other internal colleagues including 3rd party vendors as needed for system maintenance
• Work with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd party providers to keep up to date on quarterly release system specifications, managing system changes, and communicating updates to impacted stakeholders
• Partner with HRIS team to evaluate and present quarterly release options to Functional Leads for approvals and confirm implementation plans
• Create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for each release
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, & enhancements
• Act as technical lead in development and implementation of System Roadmap with People team Module leads, People Leadership and HRIS leadership
• Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability the system
• Create, change, and deactivate user accounts for systems access as needed
• Assist with execution of mass data changes as needed
• Manage global compliance to established system related policies, procedures and governance
• Point of contact for any 2 nd level escalation issues
• Maintain project task workbook and status updates to IT and HRIS leadership
• Participate as a Technical Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups
• Conduct and/or create training related to SAP SuccessFactors modules in partnership with HRIS
• Assist HRIS team in managing data integrity issues (e.g. duplicate data)
• Support SAP/SuccessFactors integration(s), and any integrations to 3rd party vendor solutions
• Coordinate and Communicate planned systems downtimes The requirements of this position include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Management or related study preferred or Associates Degree in Information Systems and equivalent HRIS experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT environment
  • 5-7 years of experience in an IT HRIS focused role
  • Experience with Kronos and SAP Success Factors required
  • 5 years project management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes and the discipline to complete last minute requests as needed About Us: Since our founding over 10 years ago, we've always been a different kind of company.
