Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, an educational institution in the Brookfield, WI, is recruiting for a Customer Experience Specialist. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with a pay rate of $15 dollars per hour, with an increase in pay once hired on.Hours:Monday-Thursday: 10:30am-7:30pmFriday: 9:30am- 6pmEvery Other Saturday: 8a-4pPosition Overview:In this role, the Customer Experience Specialist is the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email,--or--chat.--The--primary--function--is--to--address--customer--inquiries--regarding--their--licensing--and continuing--education--products,--both--pre---and--post-purchase,--or--coordinate--inquiry--resolution--by interfacing--with--applicable--internal--departments--on--the--customer's--behalf. A--customer--experience specialist is someone whose interactions result in excellent customer relationship management and a positive brand image.This opportunity is ideal for a determined and proactive individual who is willing to develop their skills in a variety of customer support roles. This role requires proficiency in computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication, enthusiasm, and flexibility. We're also looking for someone who is a self- starter,--able--to--manage--multiple--projects--and--embraces--the--prospect--of--being--part--of--a--growing organization, where they can personally make a difference.Core Responsibilities: The Customer Experience Specialist role is primarily responsible for:--- Address--student--inquiries--in--a--friendly--and--professional--manner--and--provide--timely,--accurate resolution via telephone, email, and chat.--- Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences--- Use tools and resources available to efficiently and accurately solve problems.--- Follow proper procedures and provide accurate information to customers to remain compliant with state regulations.--- Issue proper certificates to students as they complete their course, online and/or live classes.--- Document customer interactions in the designated systems.--- Complete--outbound--communication--as--needed--via--phone--or--other--methods--to--ensure--timely resolution of customer issues.--- Develop company-specific proficiency in products, content, and departmental procedures.--- Participate as needed with training of new team members.Role Requirements:--- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or higher preferred--- One year of experience in a Customer Service / administrative role highly preferred--- Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment required.--- MS Office Suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) or equivalent--- Exceptional interpersonal skills and client-oriented approach.--- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.--- Ability to work both independently and as a team member, incorporating supervisor feedback.--- Ability to construct correspondence that is professional, concise and grammatically correct.Benefits:Our client offers a variety of competitive workplace benefits, including financial planning support, time off benefits, employee assistance programs, medical cover and participation rewards.
