TimeJob Responsibilities: Position Summary: This position assists
and supports the daily operation of the Unlimited Potential
outpatient clinic, providing clerical and administrative support
functions. Essential Functions:
Greet all guests entering, including but not limited to; youth,
young adults, adults, families, and professionals.
Provide clerical support to the Unlimited Potential team.
Develop and complete program specific reports.
Responsible for ordering supplies.
Support scheduling building repairs and communication with

Develop room reservation system and be central contact for all room
Support quality assurance functions to ensure programs remain in
full contract compliance.
Update and monitor records to support program leader in printing
and obtaining records, and auditing records.

Qualifications: Minimal Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two years minimum of clerical or customer service experience.
Strong computer skills including typing and ability to use
Microsoft programs, databases, etc.
Advanced organization skills.
Ability to display cultural competence by responding respectfully
and effectively to people of all cultures, languages, classes,
races, ethnic backgrounds, religions and other diversity factors in
a manner that recognizes, affirms and values the worth of
Valid driver's license, automobile, and insurance sufficient to
meet agency requirements.
Meet all the employee requirements including references, criminal
and caregiver background check, drug test, and driver's record
Other Job Information (if applicable): Work Relationship and Scope:
Reports directly to the Clinical Manager, and works closely with
Unlimited Potential staff and contractors. Interacts with all staff
and direct interaction with the people being served and
professionals. Personal Attributes: The person in this position

clerical skills. Must possess exemplary verbal and written
communication skills, along with strong computer skills that
include Microsoft Word, Excel, and database applications. Requires

problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, organize, and assist
others to implement procedures and practices. Must be sensitive to
cultural, ethnic, and disability issues. Working Conditions: Work
is performed in a fast-paced office setting. Must be comfortable
being around and/or interacting with people with substance use and
mental health needs. Flexible work schedule may be required.
