We consider our Service Team Support Specialists the jack of all trades. They work with our entire team in our offices by providing administrative support and acting as an extension to our service teams and leadership. With a range of responsibilities at their feet, they easily juggle numerous priorities without breaking a sweat - pressure is no match for them.

Our Account Associates are the wizards behind the scenes in charge with the day-to-day administration of service for our clients. They process documents and information in high volume and at lightning speed, they have a strong eye for detail and able to accurately manipulate electronic data.

Our Account Managers ensure greatness by coordinating the delivery of top-notch service to our clients and acting as their day to day contact when troubleshooting issues or when guidance is needed to make decisions that position them for success.

Our Account Executives are the driving force behind retaining clients, rounding out our services, and obtaining referrals. They straddle the gap between service and sales in our organization, ensuring perfect continuity between what sales promised and what we ultimately deliver. They are a key player in helping us: form unbreakable relationships, grow our business, reduce our clients' insurance dependency and boost their performance.

We call our insurance sales professionals Relationship Managers. Instead of pedaling insurance, benefits, and advisory services, our Relationship Managers work with growing companies to help them take ownership of their risk, stand out as a great place to work, and live up to their true potential. They seek out companies that want to drive change in their organization and kick the status quo to the curb.
