Work Mode: Hybrid
The Project Analyst is responsible for the coordination of
project processes and/or activities in the Strategic Initiative
Office. Assisting in the development and continuous management of
roadmaps, calendars, project plans, and interfaces. The Project
Analyst will follow up, track, administer instructions, logistics,
action items across a variety of enterprise initiatives.
- Project Reporting & Review: Manage the project review process;
provide stakeholders with accurate and relevant information and key
recommendations at agreed review points to enable them to evaluate
progress and agree on change.
- Project Planning: Produce workstream or project plans, ensuring
that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized to
deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization's
project management framework.
- Document Preparation: Organize and prepare complex documents
using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

activities to support development of effective project working
relationships and to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and
- Project Risk & Issue Management: Carry out delegated activities
to support identification and evaluation of risks, issues,
dependencies, and constraints associated with the project and the
design of mitigating solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement and continuously improve the
tactical operation of the Strategic Initiative Office as evidenced
by satisfaction of customers: Kohler Leadership Team (effective use
of their time, focus on strategic priorities); owners of priority
initiatives (clear expectations and follow through); change the
work captains (clear expectations and follow through).
- Project Scope Definition: Carry out research, workshops, and
other activities to support the specification and agreement of

activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary
point of contact for them while working within an established
contract management plan.
- Project Close-Out & Handover: Draft elements of product
documentation and user training to support handover to business as

support the deployment and effective utilization of project

conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised.
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others.
