We Are Hiring:
We are looking for a Surgical Tech
for our Franklin hospital.
This position is a full time days
position. Varying start times (0600 - 0830) and ending times
will vary according to department need. Nights, weekends and
holidays are covered by call.
Generous sign on bonus of up to $6K offered
What You Will Do:
Perform a variety of duties in surgical
services to maintain a well-supplied, sterile environment.
What You Will Need:
- Perform terminal cleaning of each operating room daily,
including thorough decontamination of furniture, equipment and air
- Transport case carts, equipment and supplies and dispose of
hazardous waste according to policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain supply inventory at an appropriate par
- Provide physical assistance for patient positioning, lifting
and, moving as directed by clinical nursing staff.
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
- Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Board of Surgical
Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
