The Job: Our Customer Care Advisors are responsible for developing personal relationships with our customers, assisting with questions, post purchase requests, and helping to create moments of joy. The Challenge: We strive for best-in-class customer service. The lab-grown and lab-created jewelry industry is constantly evolving. Customers rely on us to help educate on the newest technologies, truths, and benefits of lab-grown and lab-created jewelry. You will need to have a constant thirst for continuous learning of new developments in the jewelry industry. Reports to: Customer Care Manager How you will spend your time: Assisting Customers with Refund, Exchange and Warranty Requests Educate our customers on the various product offering and their benefits Respond to inbound Customer Care inquiries Assist our Fulfillment department with providing solutions for quality issues related to orders Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction Personal growth through industry education for career advancement What we need: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (No college degree needed, but be able to demonstrate skills, communication ability and show us how you learn) Three or more years experience in customer service, sales, or a related position Experience working with a CRM or similar Basic knowledge of the use of Excel or Google spreadsheets. Experience in the jewelry industry a plus Proficiency in computer applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, utilizing efficient time management skills Cultural competencies: People First : We measure our success by how we touch the lives and empower the growth of our people.
