It is what defines and differentiates us, and informs our core beliefs.The Role: You are responsible for selling organizational-wide CPI training programs and products primarily to large healthcare and corporate organizations through executive level contacts, orchestrating all aspects of the sales process. You will also be responsible for retaining and growing an existing base of CPI's largest customers while developing new organization-wide business through company supported marketing efforts, individual lead generation and follow up.What You Get To Do Everyday:

  • Sell organizational-wide CPI training programs primarily to large healthcare and corporate organizations, to both net-new and existing customers.
  • Meet individual sales goals as part of an Inside Sales/Enterprise sales "surround the prospect" approach. Meaning, collaborating working named enterprise accounts and prospects, top-to-bottom and bottom to-top for system-wide sales.
  • In addition to working with customers/prospects via telephone, email, fax, and social media the ESR will travel extensively for presentations, implementations and other reasons as needed.
  • Coordinate with decision makers, post-sale, to gather pre-training data, arrange and confirm logistics for facility-based programs and complete all necessary paperwork prior to and after program completion.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled follow up calls or onsite visits to existing enterprise accounts, problem solving with customers at top levels, providing them with current training data to support the mutual goal of ongoing training to help ensure a culture of care, welfare, safety, and security, thereby created in additional system-wide demand from existing customers.
  • Manage forecastable pipeline via CRM and timely submits reports.
  • Weekly pipeline review with Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing to demonstrate that pipeline activity and revenue goals are met.
  • Support leadership when asked with active involvement in projects and/or assignments that occur either within the department or cross-departmentally.What You Bring To The Role:
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
    • Highly experienced and committed to utilizing solution selling skills.
    • Enterprise training solution sales or learning management solution background; high end professional consulting sales accepted.
    • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new-logo enterprise customers with strong desire to WIN.
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
    • Proficient in CRM and MS Suite of products.
    • Experience working with sales automation platforms.
    • High level of customer focus and customer service, both with internal and external customers.
