As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for operation of processing and packaging equipment, performing change overs and participation in startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment. Pay Rate:$22.88 per hour (2nd shift; 3rd shift; Night Crew)Pay for skill program for higher pay rates up to $27.14 per hour Schedule: 8-hour and 12-hour shift availability8-hour shifts1st shift: 7 am to 3 pm2nd shift: 3 pm to 11 pm3rd shift: 11 pm to 7 amCurrently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift and will take shift preference into consideration12-hour shiftsDay Crew: 7 am to 7 pmNight Crew: 7 pm to 7 amCurrently hiring for Night CrewSchedule Patterns: 12-2 schedule: work for 12 days in a row and then have 2 days off 2 days off will be every other weekend2-2-3 Schedule – on-shift for 2 days, off-shift for 2 days, on-shift 3 for days, and flip flop on/off days the next week.Plant operation is 24 hours per day, 7 days per week Your seat at the table will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)Ensuring Human and Food Safety are your number one priority and partnering with team to identify and eliminate risks dailyFollowing all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentAbility to start up the system from a cold start, monitor and control a running system, plan a shutdown to run out all ingredients, and perform a clean up to sanitary specificationsFollowing standard operating procedures to operate various pieces of high speed and/or hig tech processing equipmentDiagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical or other issues with equipment and partner with maintenance staff and/or additional resources when necessary to resolve issues effectivelyFormulate correct slurry mixes for each product with emphasis on GMP's.Operate processing equipment to produce the correct quantities of each product to meet the requirements of the packaging department.Operate tote dumper, fryer and seasoning adjust as necessary.Observe and control the delivery of product via the product delivery system to the packaging area.Perform test on product to include breakage, salt, fat, and product density.Perform proper level of sanitation as required and described in the Processing SSOP's and assist setting up equipment for packaging line. Empty oil; fine catch pans and trash dumpsters as needed.
