The Company uses the definition of "fully vaccinated" assigned by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention for purposes of considering satisfaction of this requirement which is a condition of employment.Your Role:Reporting to the Manager of the North American Chemistry Research Technology Specialist team, theDigital and Content Business Development Specialistwill be a liaison between marketing and sales responsible for helping to drive the commercial strategy by developing and executing lead generation programs and tools in support of the innovative Chemistry portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies focused on brand awareness, enhancing sales efforts, and creating a positive brand perception. This highly collaborative and cross-functional role will gather customer insights, grow customer relationships, accurately target key customers to drive sales in Pharma, Biotech, CRO, Academic, and Government accounts in North America.**This is a remote position supporting accounts in North America**In this role you will:

  • Use a creative and innovative approach to identify lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue-generating opportunities
    • Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and opinion leaders and develop future strategies
      • Leverage digital tools, such as Google Analytics, LISN, Tableau, SFDC to develop and track program-specific KPIs and measure ROI
        • Develop and execute tactics specific to each customer segment within Pharma, Biotech, Academic, and Government and gather competitive landscape
          • Ensure field marketing activities are aligned with business objectives, messaging, and corporate brand
            • Work with sales, marketing, and product management colleagues to solve revenue challenges, both proactively and reactively
              • Attend relevant conferences, events, and tradeshows to understand customer priorities, pain points, market trends, and key competitor activities
                • Measure, analyze, optimize, and report out on the impact of programs in SFDC
                  • Liaise with Product Management and Commercial Marketing to have critical information for successful product launches
                    • Effectively communicate, teach, and present to a wide variety of audiences both internally and externallyWho you are:Minimum Qualifications:
                      • BS/BA degree
                        • 5 years of experience in the Life Science industry
                          • A strong cross-functional mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and influence across the organization
                            • Understang ofcustomer profiles and the customer journeyPreferred Qualifications :
                              • Sales experience in the Life Science industry
                                • Chemistry degree (BS minimum, MS or PhD preferred)
                                  • Marketing experience in the Life Science industry
                                    • Digital marketing experience
