employee/owner at MEC, you will effectively implements work
assigned and ensures the quality of those parts. Requires
knowledge, skill and ability to perform and fill in for any
position on the production line and can perform equipment
setup.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for product
quality, workmanship and process applications consistent with the
company's manufacturing objectives.Follows safety guidelines and
monitors use of safety devices, equipment, departmental
housekeeping, and maintain constant alert for hazardous
conditions.Maintain conformance with Company work rules and
regulations.Trained and certified for all welding operations,
methods and processes.Operational and Setup knowledge of automated
and robotic weld cells.Operational and Setup knowledge of
resistance welders.Knowledgeable on Welding Specification
requirements, print reading, and weld evaluation techniques.Weld
process, automated fixture and machine trouble shooting
skills.Other duties may be assigned.COMPETENCIESTo perform this job
