Customer Success Specialist (Remote)

marketers, skilled technologists and award-winning digital
strategists who wanted a better tool to help organizations mobilize
grassroots support online.
We are looking for an eager, talented and hardworking Customer
Success Specialist to join our growing team.
As Speak4's Customer Success Specialist, you will act as our
customers' champion. You will be their point of contact to ensure
they are effectively onboarded with our platform, helping them
learn how to use the tool to achieve digital advocacy results,
serving as a liaison, providing product/services information,
answering questions and resolving any emerging problems that our
valued customers might face quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities may include:
- Manage various incoming communications through a range of
channels, to include phone calls, emails, chats and Slack
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the
- Following up with clients or customers to check that they're
still satisfied and seeing success with the tool
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer
accounts and file documents
- Escalate queries and concerns
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- 1 year or more of proven customer support experience or
experience as in a client services role
- Experience in an agency, digital advocacy campaign or tech
start up environments
- Experience working with digital advocacy tools such as Voter
Voice, Phone2Action, etc.
- Familiarity with public affairs, nonprofits and running
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different
types of characters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
